Double click in the grid in a cell of the Character line. A window will then open.
If your page is empty, place your character in column 1.
NEW : Character is now an image that your user can move using keyboard arrows or "drag and drop".
With character, you can also create little games (character may be catched by animations).

What image can one add ?
- an image file (BMP, ICO, JPEG, GIF...)
Complete "Global Image" by clicking on the button arrow.
Select your file, then validate.
How do you position a character ?
- Visually

- Click on the button "Visual positioning".
- You go to the Mode Positioning. You visualize your project full screen with all the medias.

- Manually
Change the values "left 1", "top 1" (point of departure) and "left 2", "top 2" (arrival point).
Change "Width" and "Height" if necessary.
How do you stop a character ?
- when the characters arrives NEW
When the character reaches the arrival point, you can perform an action "After the character has arrived".
Example : go to a column where a text appears : "WIN".
- when an animation "catches" the character NEW
If you have created a "Catch character" animation, when your animation reaches the character, the action "After the animation has finished playing" performs.
Example : go to a column where a text appears : "LOST". View an example.
How do you move a character ? NEW
- With the keyboard arrows
Check "Move with the keyboard arrows".
Specify the "Speed" : amount of pixels performed by the character when you hit a keyboard arrow.
- Drag and drop
Check "Drag - drop" with mouse".
Your character then follows the mouse when you keep your left mouse button down.
How do you make a character disappear ?
- immediatly
Choose "Make all characters".
All the characters will disappear.
- later
Select "Automatic disappearance with action Go to Column".
When the application changes column (action "Go to column"), your character disappears.
How do you make a character reappear ?
Select "Insert this image in the background".
Your character is then included in the image memory of the project (background).
When you ask for a "Reset the background" on the page, it reappears.
How do you make the character interactive ?
- on click.
Select "After clicking on the character".
Change "No action".
Choose among 21 actions (go to page, go to column, go to a web page, open file, print screen...).
The user can thus move around in your presentation, reach a site on the internet, open an excel file or print screen.
- at the arrival of the character NEW.
Select "After the character has arrived".
Change "No action".
