Double click in the grid in a cell of the line Key words. A window will then open.
If your page is empty, place your Key words in column 1.
On execution, the key words appear in a filter (combobox).
A page number and a column are associated with each word.
By selecting a word, the user thus moves inside the application.

How do you add a key word ?
To supply your filter, it is necessary for you to supply the key words.
Click on the button "New keyword".
A window opens and lists all the keywords already created.
To delete (modify) a key word, select it in the list then click on "delete" ("modify").
To create a key word, click on the button "New". A window opens..
Enter your word in the cell « Keyword ».
Then specify the page (and possibly the column) to launch when the user chooses that word.
How do you position Keywords ?
- Visually
- Click on the button "Visual positioning".
- You go to the Mode Positioning. You visualize your project full screen with all the medias.

- Manually
Change the values "Left", "Top".
"Width" , "Height" are calculated automatically by the software according to the font.
How do you make Keywords appear ?
- Font
Click on the name of the font which appears in maroon (by default "System"). .
Choose your font : name, size and attributes...
If you intend to distribute your application, use popular fonts (Times New Roman, Tahoma, Verdana, Arial...)
- Font colour
Click on the small colour square beside the name of the font.
Then choose your text colour.
- Background colour
Click on the small colour square.
Then choose your background colour.
- Number of words visible when you click
Change this value to define the height of the list of words appearing when you click.
How do you make keywords disappear ? NEW
- immediatly
Select "Make previous keywords disappear".
The keywords previously recorded on the same row will disappear.
- later
Select "Automatic disappearance whith action 'Go to Column'".
When the application changes column (action "Go to column"), your keywords disappear.
This option is very convenient for a summary page. When the user clicks on a choice, it is often necessary to make several elements disappear simultaneously.
How do you make a keyword reappear ? NEW
Check "Insert in the background".
Your keyword area is then included in the image memory of the project (background).
When you ask for a background reset, it reappears.
This option avoids the need to reload the images. It is convenient for managing a navigation bar or for a contents showing several times.
How do you validate Keywords ?
Click on the button OK.
"Keywords" appears in the slot of the grid.
