Prices
Our prices are whitout tax. If you stay in EU (European Union), they will include the French VAT (19.6%) at the final.
Bank card
Using our payment partner Paypal, you can purchase our software on the internet.
Cheque
You can order by cheque. Note – we only accept cheques in euros and American dollars.
Digital version or cd-rom version
You can buy our software in digital form or on a cd-rom. Digital : Purchase without a cd-rom. This is the most economic method of purchase and (according to the method of payment) the most rapid. You simply buy the user license for the software. No postal expenses, no manufacturing costs. On receipt of your payment, you will receive by email the files for the complete version corresponding to your purchase code. You can then immediately use the software. Cd-rom : Your cd-rom is posted to you. You receive the software which you have chosen on DVD along with its cover. There is a 25 EUR supplement to cover our delivery charge and manufacturing cost. NEW : with the cd-rom version, install the software freely (without code) as many times as you need in the same area.
Pro Version or Standard Version
You can choose between the Standard Version or the Pro Version. Version pro offers more : - no logo 'made with' at the end of a presentation you create. - variables line. - animation : 'catch character' mode active. - effect : 'Broken line' effect active. - 'Optimize automatically your internet pages for search engines' option active. With the Standard Version, you must keep the logo 'made with ...' active. With the Pro Version you can distribute your applications without our logo. In this case, you receive by email, after purchase, a special player eliminating this logo.
Technical support
Before purchase, in the same way as after purchase, we offer you various free technical service solutions : a list of frequently asked questions, an on-line forum (300+ questions and answers in Dec 2002), support by email or by telephone.
Upgrading
Our products are regularly upgraded. If you buy a version 2.x, all the versions from 2.00 to 2.99 will be free. When we pass to version 3.0 or higher, you can benefit from a 50% discount on the purchase of a higher version.
Administration
Are you an establishment (school, college, town hall, army...) and want to order one of our software packages ? Send us a corporate order to our postal address. On its receipt, without waiting for payment, we will send you your goods. You can also complete our on-line order form; if this is not sufficient for your administration to release the payment, complete the box “observations” of the order form, we will send you the documentation you require.
