3 possibilities :
1- Click on the button "Diaporama" in the icon bar.
2- In the "Pages" menu, choose "Diaporama".
3- On the window "New page", click on the button "Expert diaporama".
A window opens. It allows you to rapidly create a project linking automatically pictures and/or videos contained in the same directory.
All the pages necessary are filled automatically by the software allowing you to gain a considerable amount of time.
You can then personalize it more by continuing to fill the grids generated.
How do you parameterize a diaporama ?
- Title
Give a title to your slide show.
Each page automatically created carries this name followed by a number.
- Directory pictures and videos
Choose here the disc then the directory containing the videos and the pictures which you want to link.
- Passage of one picture to another.
On click :
Select "by clicking on each image".
Automatically :
Select "every x seconds". Specify the length of the pause between each media (by default 5 seconds).
- Transition effect
Change transition effect (by default "Immédiate").
59 transition effects are availables (left-right, morphing, straight, parable, fade...).
Adjust the speed of appearance with the value "Effect duration".
- Optimisation of the pictures
Select "Stretch images to project dimensions".
You allow the software to save automatically in a new file any picture which would exceed the measurements of the project.
- To continually play
Select "Repeat indefinitely".
At the end of the slide show, the first image reappears and the slide show starts again.
- Optimisation for the web (Twinplayer only)
If you use MediaMixer, your project will be optimised for a cd-rom (17 pictures per page).
If you use WebMixer, your project will be optimised for the Internet (1 pictures per page).
If you use TwinPlayer, choose "Optimisation for the web" if you want to distribute the project in the future on the internet.
Once your parameters are chosen, click on the button OK.
The necessary pages are then created automatically.
If necessary the pictures are also resized.
You can click on the button Play of the icon bar in order to see the result.
How do you distribute a slide show ?
As for a classic project, two possibilities :
1- Click on the button "Export presentation" in the icon bar.
2- In the "File" menu, choose "Export presentation".
