How do you create a page (or grid) ?
- one page
2 possibilities :
1- Click on the "New page" button in the icon bar.
2- In the "Pages" menu, choose "New page".
A window opens. You decide the parameters of your page.
You can create as many pages as necessary.
You will see a drop-down menu "Page" with all the pages created in the icon bar.

If you want to create a slide show, the software creates automatically for you, all the pages necessary to optimise a distribution onto cd-rom or the internet.

How do you parameterize a page ?
- number of the page
The software automatically assigns to this page the first available number. It is possible to alter it, provided that another page does not already carry this number.
- page title
Complete "Title" with the name which you want to give to your page. This title must be completed.

How do you read the grid of a page?
Three simple rules:
The grid reads itself in the order of the columns.
It begins with column 1, line "sound" to end with column 50 line "variables".
The first element of the page must be in column 1 otherwise you will get the message "Your page is empty".
All the elements situated in the same column appear simultaneously.
A picture and a text put in the same column appear at the same time.
The application passes to the following column when all that column has finished appearing.
NEW : You can make two elements with common area appear simultaneously.
NEW : You don't have to repeat elements with action when changing column.
As soon as a column is empty, the execution stops, passing interactivity to the user.
On the preceding grid, column 3 is completely empty.
On execution, the application starts by displaying the pictures 1 to 5 of column 1.
These two pictures appeared, the sound of column 2 started; simultaneously, the picture 3 of column 2 appears.
The application then stops, column 3 being empty. The picture situated in column 4 does not appear.
Now associate an action "on click" "Go to Column 4" to the picture 3 column 2.
On execution, when the user clicks on picture 3 Column 2, the picture 2 column 4 then appears.
Verify the order of appearance of your elements by clicking on the icon "Storyboard". A list of pictures is shown, stage by stage, as to how it will fill your page.
How do you play a page ?
2 possibilities :
Two possibilities :
1- Click on the button with an arrow towards the right in the icon bar.
2- In the "Mode" menu, choose "Play / preview page".
The application is launched for the grid in progress.
How do you open a page ?
- click on the arrow of the filter "Page" in the icon bar.
- Then select the page required (number and title).
The grid empties then fills itself with the data of the page required.
- In the "Pages" menu, choose "Modify page informations" ("Delete page").
How do you fill/modify the grid of a page?
2 possibilities :
1- double click in a cell of the grid on the line required (column 1 if the page is empty).
2- click on the cell then on the icon "View element" of the grid.
A different window opens up according to the nature of the line selected.
How do you position on a page ?
2 possibilities :
1- Double click in the cell of the element to position. Then click on the button « visual positioning ».
2- Click on the cell then on the icon "Position element" of the grid.

How do you delete on a page ?
2 possibilities :
Select the cell(s) to delete with your mouse by keeping the left button pressed.
1- Click on the icon "clear" in the icon bar.
2- In the "Edit" menu, choose "Clear".
In this same menu, you will find also "Clear row", "Clear column".
How do you copy and paste in a page ?
Copy :
Select the cell(s) to copy with your mouse by keeping the left button pressed.
2 possibilities:
1- Click on the "Copy" icon in the icon bar.
2- In the "Edit" menu, choose "Copy".
In this same menu, you will find also "Copy page".
Use this function to copy and paste a page of a project to another.
Paste :
Select the cell(s) to paste with your mouse by keeping the left button pressed.
2 possibilities :
1- Click on the "Paste" icon in the icon bar.
2- In the "Edit" menu, choose "Paste".
In this same menu, you will find also "Paste page" or "Paste special"(to only paste a part of the information).
You thus reproduce quickly the structure of a page.
